A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance of the payment must be made no later than three (3) days prior to the scheduled event date.

Acceptance of our proposal does not automatically reserve your event date. To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the estimated total cost is necessary. Failure to submit this deposit by the specified deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation, without further notice from us.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing or via WhatsApp at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the event date. Please be aware that the deposit is non-refundable once payment has been made.

It is the responsibility of clients to ensure they are available at the designated delivery time and to make necessary arrangements to receive the order. Please note that specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to external factors such as weather or traffic. Clients acknowledge and agree to accept the order regardless of any potential delays.

Any equipment lost or damaged by the client or their guests will be charged at the full replacement cost.

Food should be consumed within 2 hours of delivery. We cannot guarantee the quality or safety of food beyond this time limit. Handling of food and beverages not prepared by us is subject to prior approval and may incur additional charges. For orders placed less than 7 working days before the event, we reserve the right to replace or modify food items due to unforeseen circumstances, without prior notice.

We are not responsible for any shortcomings in food quality or service resulting from natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events. Eatsy Cater bears no liability for event delays caused by natural disasters or last-minute changes to time or venue within 48 hours.
